can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
- Account Information: Your username, email address, device registered, account status, and date of birth, photo, gender, nationality.
- Device Information: Data from which your device could be identified, such as device type, model, serial number, IP address, etc.
- Contact Information: Data such as name, email address, physical address, phone number, or other contact information.
- Payment Information: Data bout your cash-out preferences, and method of payment, such as mobile-money details (number, name, provider),
bank details (name, numbers, branch, etc.), credit, debit, or other payment card information
- Account Verification & Fraud Prevention Information: Data used to help verify your account such as information that can be found on a Government Issued Identification Card. Data Used to help identify and prevent fraud.
- Location Information: Precise location only to support services or where you agree for region-specific services, and coarse location.
- Health Information: Through surveys listed on the service, you may be asked to provide data relating to the health status of an individual,
including data related to one's physical or mental health or condition. Personal health data also includes data that can be used to make inferences about or detect the health status of an individual.
- Financial Information: Through surveys listed on the service, you may be asked to provide details including salary, income, and assets information where collected.
- Government ID data: To verify your identity, prevent fraud, avoid duplication of accounts on the service, and sometimes in compliance with applicable law we will ask you to provide a government issued ID.
- Other Information You Provide to Us: Details sucha as the content of your communications with ZeroneData or the company, including interactions with customer support and contacts through social media channels.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the service.
Usage Data may include information sucha as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address),
browser type, browser version, the pages on the service that you open, the time and date of your visit, the time
spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, geolocation information, and other diagnostic data.
When you access the service by or through a mobile device, ZeroneData may collect certain information automatically,
including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device,
your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers, crash data, performance and other diagnostic data.
ZeroneData may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our service or when you access the service by or through a mobile device.
Survey Data:
As part of our services, we may ask you to provide information, at will, about your preferences and potential choices including but not limited
to those related to health information, financial information, demographic information, political opinions, religious preference, product choices,
willingness to pay, price sensitivities, accommodation preference, housing situation, digital address, among others.
Personal identifiable data points collected fromm surveys will be handled in accordance with this privacy policy.
Important Node: You are not required to provide the personal data that we have requested. However,
if you choose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our services or respond to requests you may have.

ZeroneData uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on the service and store certain information.
Tracking technologies used may include tokens, beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze the service.
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies,

ZeroneData uses session cookies. Cookies are essential to provide you with services available through the website and to enable you to use some of its features.
They help to authenticate users and prevent fraudulent use of user accounts.
Without these cookies, the services that you have asked for cannot be provided, and ZeroneData uses these cookies to provide you with those services.
Use of your Personal Data

- To provide and maintain the service: ZeroneData collects your personal data to power our services, which may include personal data collected to improve our offerings,
for internal purposes such as auditing or data analysis, for troubleshooting or to monitor the usage of our service.
- To manage your account and verify your identity: To manage and verify your registration and payment details as a user of the service,
we collect your personal data sucha s name, details on an ID document and photo, etc.
The Personal Data you provide can give you access to different functionalities of the service that are available to you as a registered user.
- For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products,
items or services you have purchased or of any other contract with the Company through the service.
- To contact you: To contact you by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication,
sucha as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities,
products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
- For Personalization & Extension of Offers: ZeroneData will use information that we collect so that
we can offer you personalized services or communications. Such services may be news, special offers and information about other goods,
services and events which we offer that may be similar to those that you have already purchased, enquired about,
showed interest in or fits your profile, unless you have opted not to receive such information.
- To process Your Payouts: To process payouts/ withdrawal, ZeroneData must collect data such as your name, mobile money number,
and ID card to ensure pay-outs go to the right account holder and to prevent fraud.
- To comply with the Law: To comply with applicable laws - for example, to satisfy tax or reporting obligations, or to comply with a lawful governmental request.
- To attend and manage your requests.
We may share your personal information in the following situations:
- With Service Providers: ZeroneData may engage third parties to act as our service providers and perform certain tasks on our behalf,
such as processing or storing data, including personal data, in connection with your use of our services and delivering products to customers,

- With other users: When you share personal information or otherwise interact in public areas with other users,
such information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside.
If you interact with other users or register through a Third-Party Social Media Service, your contacts on the Third-Party Social Media Service may see your name,
profile, pictures and description of your activity. Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of your activity, communicate with you and view your profile.
We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance,
disclosure is necessary or appropriate. We may also disclose information about you where there is a lawful basis for doing so, if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary
to enforce our terms and conditions or to protect our operations or other users.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain your personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example,
if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time,
except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of the service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

The Company understands the importance of safeguarding the personal data of children, which we consider to be individuals under
the age of 18 or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction.
Therefore, our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable
information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian, and you are aware that your child has provided
ZeroneData with Personal Data, please contact us. If ZeroneData becomes aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age
of 18 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from the servers.
If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your country requires consent from a parent,
we may require your parent's consent before we collect and use that information.

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site.

Privacy Policy on this page and/or on the ZeroneData privacy page on our website.
We will let you know via a prominent notice on the service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the
"Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

Your Rights Related to The ZeroneData App
We respect your ability to know, access, correct, transfer, restrict the processing of, and delete your personal data.
Where you are requested to consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise your privacy rights and choices, you can delete your account on the ZeroneData app.
From the day you request that your account be deleted, we will delete all your personal data collected within 60 days after such request
and your account details will be unavailable. Note that we will NOT delete any survey data you’ve provided even upon deleting your account.
There may be situations where we cannot grant your account deletion and consequently personal data deletion request — for example,
if you ask us to delete your transaction data and the company is legally obligated to keep a record of that transaction to comply with the law.
We may also decline to grant a request where doing so would undermine our legitimate use of data for anti-fraud and security purposes,
such as when you request deletion of an account that is being investigated for security concerns. Other reasons your privacy request may
be denied are if it jeopardizes the privacy of others, is frivolous or vexatious, or would be extremely impractical.
Beyond deletion, we reserve the right to hold remote details of your account for a 10-year period,
should a need arise for a retrieval based on legal action or subpoena.
